Privacy Policy

Who we are

Sky’s Wonderland is a Discord community for the online game Graal, based in Ontario, Canada. Sky’s Wonderland is responsible for how your personal information is handled, and our Privacy Officer can be reached at support@skyswonderland.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Your Discord profile. Your Discord user ID, username, avatar and your roles in our server.
Market channel messages. Messages you post in our server’s market channels are processed to build price data.
Billing records. If you buy a plan, we keep the Stripe customer, subscription, payment and dispute IDs, your plan and its status, the amounts charged, and a log of billing activity.
A sign-in cookie. When you sign in on this website, a session cookie keeps you signed in.
Basic server logs. Our servers keep basic technical logs of requests, which can include your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your card number. Card details go directly to Stripe.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising trackers or advertising cookies.

How we use it

to provide the Service, including giving you the right roles and website access for your plan;
to build market price data from market channel messages;
to handle billing;
to prevent fraud and to handle disputes and chargebacks;
to keep the Service and its members secure.

We do not use your information for other purposes without asking you first, unless the law requires or allows it.

We use a small number of service providers to run the Service. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

Stripe, to process payments;
Discord, to let you sign in with your Discord account;
Railway, to host our servers and database;
Cloudflare, to host this website.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Where your information is stored

Your information may be stored and processed outside Canada, for example in the United States, by the providers listed above. While it is there, it may be subject to the laws of that country, including access by its courts and authorities.

How long we keep it

We keep billing records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, which is up to 7 years. We keep other information while you are a member of the Service, or for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct information that is wrong;
delete your information. We will delete what we can, but we must keep billing records for the period above;
stop using your information. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but some parts of the Service may then stop working for you, and billing records are kept as described above.

To make a request, email support@skyswonderland.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you, for example through your Discord account.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

How we protect it

We protect your information with safeguards suited to its sensitivity, such as encrypted connections and limiting who can access it.

Young users

The Service is for people 18 and older, or 13 and older with a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
