Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

1. Who we are

Sky’s Wonderland (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Discord community for the online game Graal. It is based in Ontario, Canada. These Terms cover the Sky’s Wonderland Discord server, the website at skyswonderland.com, and the paid Analyst plans that give access to market price data (together, the “Service”).

2. Agreeing to these Terms

By using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Who can use the Service

You must be 18 or older, or at least 13 with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any charges.

You must also follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. How access works

Plans are delivered as roles in our Discord server and as access to parts of this website. To receive and keep access, you need a Discord account that is a member of our server. Your plan is linked to that Discord account.

5. Plans and prices

All prices are in US dollars.

• Scout: $5.99 per month, or $59.88 per year.
• Trader: $7.99 per month, or $83.88 per year.
• Insider: $9.99 per month, or $95.88 per year.

Prices are as shown at checkout. We may change prices. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal onward. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

7. Renewal and cancellation

Plans renew automatically, monthly plans every month and yearly plans every year, and you are charged the plan price at each renewal until you cancel.

You can cancel any time at skyswonderland.com/portal using “Manage or cancel subscription”, or through the link in the emails Stripe sends you. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month or year you already paid for. We do not give refunds or credits for partial periods.

8. Upgrades and downgrades

If you move up to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately and is prorated. You are charged the difference for the rest of the current month or year.

If you move down to a lower plan, the change takes effect at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then.

Switching from monthly to yearly on the same plan takes effect immediately; the unused part of your month is credited against the yearly price. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.

9. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your access is removed until the payment succeeds. There is no grace period.

10. Plans bought before November 2026

Lifetime plans are no longer sold. Anyone who bought one keeps it under the terms shown at the time of purchase.

11. Refunds

Payments are generally not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we choose to give one. If you think you were charged in error, please contact us at support@skyswonderland.com before disputing the charge with your bank. Most problems can be fixed quickly that way.

12. Chargebacks and fraud

If a charge is disputed with your bank or card issuer, or if we have reason to believe a payment is fraudulent, we may suspend access to the plan while the dispute or review is open.

13. Losing access through server rules

Our Discord server has rules that apply to everyone, paying or not. If you are banned from the server for breaking those rules or these Terms, your plan access ends with it, and no refund is given for any remaining time, except where the law requires one. We do not use bans to take back access people have paid for, and we apply the rules the same way to members with and without plans.

14. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• scrape, copy in bulk, resell or republish our market data or analysis;
• share your account or plan access with anyone else;
• abuse, harass or threaten other members or staff;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or access controls of the Service.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who does these things.

15. Market data is information, not advice

Our market data and analysis are informational estimates built from trades reported by the community. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current. They are not financial advice. Any decision you make to buy, sell or trade is your own.

In-game items have no guaranteed real-world value.

16. Real-money trading

We do not endorse buying or selling game items for real money where that breaks the game’s rules. You are responsible for following the rules of the game.

17. Changes to the Service

We may add, change or remove features over time. We may also discontinue the Service. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice.

18. The Service is provided “as is”

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions you make based on our data. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

20. Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, that cannot be waived or limited by contract. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those rights, those rights apply.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim where you live.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
